Individual support of selected key accounts in the interior service in close coordination with the Key Account Manager Control and coordination of customer-related projects along the entire order process – from order acquisition to layout and release processes to scheduled delivery Takeover of project responsibility for promotional items in discount business including time, quality and interface management Central role as a project interface between customers, suppliers, service providers and internal specialist departments Planning, organisation and tracking of milestones and ensuring compliance with deadlines Organisation and ensuring smooth inspection appointments according to customer-specific requirements Monitoring of project progress, early detection of risks and the introduction of appropriate countermeasures Active participation in the optimization of processes and project processes and cooperation with external partners

Completed commercial training as well as relevant professional experience in the sales service, ideally in discount or promotion business Experience in project management or in controlling complex order processes Extensive understanding of process and organizational relationships as well as a high degree of customer and solution orientation Secure handling of MS Office, especially Excel; SAP knowledge is advantageous Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Structured, self-sponsored and priority-intensive operation – also in parallel projects and high dynamics Representative organizational and communicative skills and team spirit
