Precise and fast production since 1974, whether series, single, or prototype production, and in combination with our state-of-the-art, constantly growing machine park, is our profession. We have the technical possibilities to process any kind of material according to their personal needs. We manufacture individual parts or complete assemblies, our special strength lies in series between 1 – 100 parts, but of course we also manufacture individual parts, spare parts or prototypes. Flexible working hours allow us to respond quickly to customer requirements and a very short delivery time.

Programming and operation of a Star CNC lathe for single parts and small series Programming with SolidCAM (release or training possible if required) Roughing and installation of the machine Self-made precision parts in small series Ensuring consistently high production quality Measurement and quality control of the manufactured workpieces Support of the team in ongoing processes and activities in the operational environment

(m/w/d) or a comparable qualification Freshly trained professionals are also welcome Experience in precise measuring and testing of workpieces Self-employed, careful and quality-conscious work Curiosity and motivation for further development Flexibility and teamability willingness to participate in other departments if necessary
