You control and prioritize the project portfolio and ensure successful implementation of automation and process plant projects

You support your team in complex technical and organizational issues and ensure high project quality in terms of costs, dates and requirements

You coordinate cooperation with internal departments as well as external service providers, engineering offices and suppliers

You continuously develop standards, processes and methods in project management and promote harmonisation within the field

You promote the professional and personal development of your employees and create an environment for innovation, cooperation and sustainable success

You identify optimization potentials in our production and automation processes and initiate corresponding improvement and digitization projects

How to complete our team: You have completed an apprenticeship in the field of electrical engineering with further training as a technician or master (m/w/d) or a completed degree in engineering with a focus on electrical engineering or comparable

Ideally with first leadership experience

With your enforcing ability, your structured analyseability and a high motivation to advance topics

With your experience in handling complex plant controls and technical systems
