Management, planning, management and documentation of activities in large & complex, international projects & programs and the implementation of the necessary activities throughout all phases of the project IT project management as part of application and IT infrastructure projects. Responsible for compliance with the budget and time limits set and the promised quality (project controlling) Control of interdisciplinary - partly also virtual - project teams and external partners Requirements analysis and solution conception in coordination with the departments or IT departments (e.g. IT-Demand Management, AMS, IOS) Conducting workshops and project meetings Show and coordinate dependencies, changes and risks in programme and project planning Contact to bodies such as IT security, works council and data protection Ensure a prompt reporting, communication and coordination of project results and details with management and departments Definition, introduction and definition of project objectives, metrics and Key figures for measuring project progress, project success and project risks

Successfully completed studies of (economic) computer science, engineering, technical BWL or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in managing IT projects & programs, as well as knowledge of various technical system architectures Extensive and Transboundary IT Knowledge (Business Applications, Infrastructure) Extensive experience in risk management, requirements analysis and conception Ideally, certificates on project management / project management (PMI, Prince2, GPM/IPMA) and knowledge of agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) Ability to work quickly into new topics Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Sovereign and professional appearance, including in the context of escalations and critical project situations Extensive analytical skills, high organisational ability and excellent interpersonal skills, enforcing ability and successful work in networks regardless of functional and hierarchical reporting lines
