What do we do?

The Advancis Group develops a modern city quarter in Langen with the Advancis Campus, with around 30,000 square meters for work, living and life. In addition to the ongoing operation, we are currently implementing further new construction projects. We offer you the opportunity to take over the commercial management of the campus independently and actively participate in our projects.

Your tasks

You are responsible for the commercial management of our campus and actively develop structures.

• Financial management, budget planning and cost control
• Compilation of additional cost accounting
• Management of lease, service and maintenance contracts
• Control of external service providers and FM partners
• Reporting and KPI analysis
• Participation in the digitization of real estate management

In addition, you will accompany our construction projects:

• Interface to general contractors and partners
• preparation of decision-making bases for management
• Tracking dates and tasks
• Support for operator concepts and structures

Your profile

• Training or studies with commercial or property-specific focus
• Experience in commercial real estate management
• Structured, independent and predictive mode of operation
• Communication strength and organizational talent
• Safe in handling Microsoft 365, ideally experience with real estate management software
• Interest in project development
• Very good German knowledge (min. C1 level) and good English knowledge (min. B1 level)
