Senior Caregiver (m/w/d) Internisten Intermediate Care Station

Contract period: unlimited in part time or full time possible

We are:

We are an Intermediate Care with an internalistic focus, which includes 16 plan beds. The care of patients subject to surveillance takes place in an interprofessional team with care, doctors, physiotherapy and respiratory therapists and includes all common care concepts, measures for delirprophylaxis, therapeutic whole body care and much more. Here, the patient-oriented treatment process is at first place. A structured incorporation, among other things with exposed practical guides, is of course for us. Your tasks:

• Self-employed and patient-oriented implementation of basic care
• Implementation of storage concepts and support for mobilisation measures
• Assistance and support for nurses
• Collection of patient data within the scope of the release management
