You advise on the digital strategy and technical sales processes in the Berlin/Leipzig area Your task field includes the qualification and onboarding of new agencies as well as intermediaries When introducing new sales concepts and products in the fields of property and life insurance, you actively participate You initiate and implement central and regional campaigns Ensuring legal consulting requirements and achieving qualitative and quantitative goals are your responsibilities You work closely with regional managers and the sales director to develop and implement sales concepts

High level of self-initiative, team skills and outcome orientation A completed study or comparable training in the field of business, sales or insurance Knowledge and experience in sales, knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics - CRM systems are of advantage - but not absolutely necessary Embossed communication and consulting skills and a technical affinity Experience in the implementation of training and presentations You know the legal requirements in the insurance and financial services sector and implement them safely
