Process and Application Manager - Focus on Process Management (m/f/d)

You take over the end-to-end responsibility for distributive core processes (e.g. change process, billing, customer support) – from analysis and modeling to continuous optimization as well as establishing clear standards and documentation. You identify media breaks, inefficiencies, and quality risks, and thereby initiate concrete, sustainable improvement measures. You define and monitor relevant process KPIs, secure data and process quality and build transparent control mechanisms as well as meaningful reports. You control and optimise cooperation between sales, IT, market communication and external service providers and ensure consistent processes across system boundaries (e.g. CRM, ERP, billing, portals). You recognize automation and standardization potentials, implement workflow solutions and interface optimizations and accompany transformation and IT projects with clear process focus.

You bring multi-year experience in process management – ideally in energy distribution or in a regulated industry – and you want to use your know-how effectively. Process analysis and modelling (e.g. BPMN, ARIS, Lean, KVP) are not only methods for you, but tools that help you achieve real improvements. With your pronounced analytical understanding, you control processes KPI-based and always keeps in mind quality, efficiency and achievement. You think end-to-end, identify relationships across division and system boundaries and develop sustainable solutions. You appear confidently and communicate properly with the departments or management. You can also make complex topics understandable and inspire people for changes.
