Permanent representation of the management of the object management team, in particular: Participation in the object management team management, in the management and control of personnel in coordination with the object management team cross-site coordination of the tasks of construction management, technical guidance and support, support in difficult negotiations, clarification of basic questions Processing of coordination and controlling tasks and preparation of reports, evaluation and disclosure of professional instructions Development of decision-making proposals for the management department Pre- and post-processing of service meetings of the main office and object management team management as well as meetings with the construction administration Handling matters with special importance Interface to the Facility Management staff with regard to budget management, financial planning and inventory Coordination of data management measures and their ongoing controlling Object management for Bundeswehr's services in the area of responsibility of the object management team, including: Commercial control of the object management team Control of the economic viability of federal military service Implementation of cost-controlling for cost and revenue optimization Implementation of area management Budget management, in particular building maintenance Budget distribution and supervision in consultation with the Bundeswehr Rental value determinations and fixings Rental contract management and management Coordination of process processes through cost and revenue collection in SAP ERP 6.0 Balance of property data Perception of owner functions, also on site or Construction management for the Federal Armed Forces in the area of responsibility of the object management team, including: technical control of the object management team Planning and implementation of construction maintenance measures in the service of the Bundeswehr, including cost estimation, awarding, monitoring the implementation of the construction measures, controlling the progress of construction and the outflow of resources, organisation and implementation of construction work meetings, enforcement of deficiencies Acceptance of completed services according to VBOB, monitoring of warranty periods and asserting warranty claims Planning and monitoring of simple construction and projects system-based collection of buildings and external installations, evaluation, ongoing updating of the data base, drafting proposals for measures based on fixed maintenance strategies Priority planning within the framework of construction maintenance Cooperation in the development of concepts for eliminating maintenance constraints Collection of all relevant data and funding in SAP Consumption and processing of claims from the Bundeswehr

Qualification: completed (technical) (technical) Higher Education (Bachelor or Diploma with as good result as possible), preferably in the fields of Business, Real Estate, Industrial Engineering, Financial Economics, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering, Civil/ Real Estate Management (with technical focus) or comparable qualification Competences: Commercial competencies: comprehensive expertise and multiannual practical experience in the field of facility management as far as possible in the field of management of services very good legal knowledge in general contract law basic business knowledge
