IT Consultant Endpoint Management (m/f/d)

Administration and development of our end device landscape (laptops, tablets, smartphones, Thinclients) and presentation technology Planning, installation, configuration, if necessary Repair of hardware and software Analysis and elimination of malfunctions and service requests in 2nd level support (Matrix42 ticket system), as well as 1st level support Ensuring IT standards, security policies and compliance Working in IT projects (e.g. rollouts, automation, modern workplace) Documentation of systems and processes (Knowledgebase Database)

Qualification: You have completed a vocational training as a specialist in system integration or a computer science study. Practical experience: You bring several years of professional experience in the IT field. Expertise: You have well-founded knowledge in Microsoft 365, hardware asset management, as well as in common client operating systems. Existing knowledge in the Matrix42 ITSM environment is desirable. Personality: You are a team player, work structured, independent and solution-oriented. In addition, you master the German language at a professional level and can safely move into conversations, presentations and written correspondence.
