Cutting machine operator / CNC milling machine operator (m/w/d)

You are responsible for milling highly precise components. You equip and operate modern CNC milling machines (3- and 5-axis). You program milling strategies according to technical drawings and carry out the processing independently. You clamp workpieces and align them according to drawing requirements. You perform tool measurements both outside and inside the machine. You define the tools, clamping and measuring means. You create parameter programs, control the machine geometry and optimize processes for runtime reduction.

You have a completed training for the machining mechanic with the milling technique or in a comparable professional image. You have a well-founded knowledge of milling, in particular in the operation of CNC milling machines. You are safe in handling the Heidenhain controls iTNC530 and/or TNC640. You work precisely, think solution-oriented and place great value on quality. You have willingness to work in the 2-shift system. Learning, team skills and reliability complete your profile.
