You take over the technical management of national and international multiple as well as complex projects from acquisition to acceptance by the customer, taking into account dates, quality and costs for an overall system including logistical shares, as well as possible offset performances and workshops topics The overall responsibility for the creation of offers and contract documents as well as German and English-language project reports and technical reports is your task You are responsible for the analysis and definition of technical requirements as well as the preparation of technical specifications, performance descriptions, load specifications, volume frameworks, acceptance criteria of the client and other technical documentation The preparation, participation and moderation of contract negotiations, meetings and project presentations nationally and internationally belongs to your field of activity Ensuring the implementation and compliance of technical project objectives as well as contract-compliant project implementation is your responsibility You clarify and evaluate technical questions in close cooperation with specialist departments and necessary external partners The strategic development, control and monitoring of technical processes is part of your activity Decision templates as the basis of strategic decisions are prepared by you You work very closely and coordinated with the project core team Coordination and control of internal and external interfaces, including subcontractors (UAN), is your responsibility Reporting to higher-level relevant bodies is part of your tasks You act as first contact for stakeholders (key account) in the front-end Participation in the development, design and analysis of technical systems is also part of your task The technical guidance and support of project staff, in particular project engineers (m/w/d), is part of your role You monitor and evaluate deviations or Changes and their economic consequences for the determination and enforcement of claims under claim management Risks in the project will be recognised at an early stage, appropriate measures will be initiated and compliance with corporate standards and policies under risk management will be ensured.
