Your mission:

Our manufacturing office comprises two key areas of administration: Office management and case management. As a management of our manufacturing office, you are responsible for managing and optimizing the administrative processes. You always aim to ensure client and employee satisfaction through a friendly, efficient and service-oriented processing of all requests.

Your tasks:

Team leadership and development: You lead, motivate and develop the secretariat and case management professionally and disciplinaryly. In doing so, you are responsible for an efficient work organization and distribution of tasks. Process optimization: You identify potential for improvement and implement optimization measures in a solution-oriented manner. Digitization projects: You bring joy in digitalization and drive it Optimization through digital tools and solutions actively progress. Quality Assurance & Controlling: You ensure high data quality and ensure the implementation and compliance of corporate standards. By monitoring and tracking key figures, you also control area-relevant processes. Operational daily business: You actively participate in day-to-day business and support in daily tasks. Communication & Interface Management: You are the central contact person for your team, other specialist departments and external partners: both for professional and service-oriented customer contact.

Education: You have a relevant study, e.g. in business administration or a comparable commercial training or a study with a special educational focus. Professional experience: You have at least three years of relevant professional experience and have already demonstrated your strengths in a leading function. Professional experience in the field of education is an advantage. Communication strength: You communicate clearly and efficiently and can also represent complex issues in a comprehensible way. Structured and reliable operation: You work objectively, precisely and are reliable. Analytical thinking and self-organization: You have a very good understanding as well as analytical thinking and it is easy for you to work quickly into new tasks. You also have a high degree of self-organization, self-employment and reliability.
