To strengthen the team, we are looking for a team leader (m/w/d) Industrial Engineering, who is responsible for the industrialization of new products, to develop an experienced team and to actively shape the future of modern electronics production.

Professional and disciplinary leadership of a team of eight employees (technicians and designers) in the field of industrial engineering / prototyping Responsibility for the transfer of new products from development to mass production and control of resource and capacity planning Further development and standardization of processes, technologies and manufacturing standards within the PCBA production Selection, introduction and optimization of modern machines, manufacturing technologies and production processes in close coordination with the department management Technical support for internal departments and cooperation in projects and continuous improvement processes (CDP)

Successfully completed further education on the technician or studies in the field of electronics, mechatronics, production technology or a comparable subject Multiannual professional experience in industrial engineering, electronics production or production planning First experience in the professional or disciplinary leadership of employees Structured and analytical methods as well as organisational skills and pronounced process understanding Good knowledge of German and English as well as the pleasure of developing teams and making changes active
