• Completed study or vocational training as a computer scientist with relevant practical experience
• Knowledge in ITIL V4, Network Technologies, Windows Clients & Remote Support
• Customer and service orientation
• Very good knowledge of German and English as well as driving licence class B

Your tasks

• Support and support of users and enduser hardware such as laptops, tablets, smartphones and printers
• Support for installations, troubleshooting and hardware lifecycle
• Control of external service providers and maintenance of the hardware database
• Documentation in ticket systems (ServiceNow)
