You analyze complex IAM/IDM requirements and transfer them to sustainable technical and technical solutions The conception and further development of Joiner-Mover-Leaver, Rolling, Permission, Approval, Attesting and Recertification processes is your responsibility You control identity governance and IDM platforms professionally and technically and coordinate the integration of directory services as well as SAP, HR, Cloud and ITSM systems Complex IDM migrations as well as commissioning, deprovisioning, synchronization and reconciliation are planning and taxing you in multiple-separated environments You evaluate technical dependencies between IDM, network, source and target systems as well as adjacent transformation projects and conduct open themes of a decision You are responsible for quality assurance as well as the technical control of release planning, testing, validation, acceptance and operation You define quality standards independently and check specialist, integration, migration, operating and interface documentation You control the coordination with customers, architecture, development, operation, information security, test management and other delivery parties and take professional leadership in complex work packages IAM topics represent audit, auditing and compliance, evaluate risks, and carry out unclear responsibilities in resilient measures and escalations You develop AI-based solution approaches and automations, evaluate their added value and operating limits critically and initiate concrete impulses to develop existing processes and to establish new ones Advice means flexibility: Your project work depends on our customers and your project situation – you work throughout Germany in our offices, at the local and home customers

You have a completed study of (economic) informatics, mathematics, economics or comparable vocational training Many years of practical experience in Identity & Access Management, Identity Governance or Identity Lifecycle Management, as well as in the professional management of complex projects Finding integration and migration experience with different source and target systems as well as a secure understanding of Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, LDAP, Provisioning, Synchronization, Reconciliation as well as role and permission models will help you Extensive knowledge of SAP and HR integrations, ideally with SAP HCM, Core-OM structures and SuccessFactors you can have found practical experience with One Identity Manager or a comparable IGA/IDM platform; Experience with One Identity Starling Connect and SuccessFactors integrations is particularly welcome You have know-how in implementing asynchronous file interfaces, such as CSV-based ITSM integrations, as well as experience with multiple-separated IAM landscapes and different staging and environment models You are able to connect IAM technical requirements with technical implementation, migration and operational processes; Decisions are prepared for customers and project management You are familiar with test, acceptance, release and operational transfer processes and have knowledge of regulatory requirements such as DORA, NIS2, KRITIS, GDPR, ISO 27001 or BSI IT basic protection You know how to use AI tools in a targeted and reflected way, critically evaluate results and effectively introduce current technological developments and innovative impulses into your work, projects and customer solutions Good knowledge of German and English (min. B2) complete your profile
