For our department ''IT-operating'', we are looking for an Jira administratorin Place: Würzburg Date of entry: Immediate Application deadline: 25.01.2026 Call number: 05-095-2025 Employment: Full-time (parttime possible) unlimited Remuneration: E11 TV EntgO-DRV Activity The IT-operated department at the Würzburg site operates and monitors the entire IT infrastructure and all IT procedures of the Pension Insurance (DSRV) data centre and central services for all pension insurance institutions. The Community Services team operates the communication and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Cryptshare and Sametime in the cross-subsidiary environment of German pension insurance.

As Jira-Administrator*in, you are a contact person for the further development of the central Jira instance for the employees of the German Pension Insurance. Your area of responsibility includes: The continuous optimisation and development of Jira in German pension insurance Advising our internal customers about potential usage scenarios and accompanying the introduction into different organizational units The cooperation on projects, in bodies and groups and the introduction of your expertise The further development of concepts for consolidating the growing Jira instance Consumption and reworking of requirements on the Jira platform Supporting training coordination in the design, planning and implementation of training and workshops

A completed higher education (Bachelor /Diplom FH) in the IT sector or a comparable qualification (e.g. IT-specific qualification) or a completed vocational training in the IT sector or several years, comparable practical experience in the IT sector Multiannual job-relevant professional experience Very good user knowledge in the software “Atlassian Jira”, e.g. as administrator*in Funded and comprehensive knowledge of basic concepts of software development and rapid understanding of new processes Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Experience in cooperation with customers or in project management is advantageous, in the public sector A strong communication skills and team capacity as well as openness to innovations complete your profile
