Take this with you: Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Successfully completed training for the responsible nursing staff according to § 71 SGB XI or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in outpatient care, ideally with leadership experience Representative leadership, organisation and communication skills High technical and social competence as well as an appreciation of leadership Responsibility, decision-making and entrepreneurial thinking Safe handling of legal requirements and quality requirements in the outpatient care service Experience in quality management as well as preparation and monitoring of MD tests is advantageous Good computer skills and pleasure in digital work processes Class B driving licence Own initiative, team spirit and motivation to develop the site successfully together with your team
