You are responsible for key topics such as partner management, key account management, maintenance product management, competence development and internal and external communication. In addition, you control innovative data-based projects to ensure excellent service. You are responsible for the successful implementation of projects in terms of time, scope, budget and quality. With predictive risk and change management, you will surely lead our projects to the goal. Through targeted coaching, you strengthen your team and promote synergetic cooperation with internal departments as well as external partners. The continuous analysis of relevant key figures ensures sustainable project success. Together with the management team, you translate Bosch Home Comfort's corporate goals into concrete measures for your area and actively shape the strategic orientation of the customer service. In your area of responsibility, you drive the topics forward-looking and use modern technologies such as generative AI and self-service dashboards to actively shape the transformation in customer service. In doing so, you promote a trusted team culture, recognize potentials and continuously develop your employees. You regularly report to control bodies in which departmental and area management is involved.
