• Individual and professional care and care of our customers in their home environment • Implementation of medically prescribed treatment care and promotion of the independence of our customers • Creating and updating SIS and action plans as well as careful digital care documentation • Ensuring our high care and quality standards in the outpatient care everyday • Self-responsibility for our customers as part of well-structured and efficiently planned tours
