In your new role as team and project manager: you take responsibility for the planning and realization of your project portfolio and take over the professional leadership of a small team of approx. 10-15 persons As you act as a leader in your team, you represent it to the internal and external project participants and the organization You are responsible for the planning and management of resources and keep an eye on dates, costs and quality of your projects. As part of your professional leadership, you will take care of the assignment to projects, the further development of team-internal processes, the personal development of your team members and a good team climate. You coordinate the project team for internal and external contractors:inside, as well as supporting functions, and coordinate with authorities and third parties Risks in the project you analyze, minimise them and tax accordingly against

Your profile:

Successfully completed technical/university studies in the field of civil engineering (probably constructive engineering), transport engineering or economic engineer with a focus on construction or comparable disciplines with a focus on building/technical project management Multiannual professional experience as project or construction manager:you can book in and you have deepened knowledge of web projects.
