What tasks do you take Responsibility for all certification activities in Germany (including ISO standards, IFS Logistics, HACCP, SQAS) Implementation of the Global Integrated Management System (IMS) in the German Unitrans locations Coordination with environmental, energy, occupational safety, hazardous goods, security and quality management areas to meet all standard requirements Creation, maintenance and disclosure of all relevant documentation, forms and procedural instructions Planning, implementation and supervision of internal and external audits; incl. Audit declaration and coordination with external auditors Creation of the HACCP concept and annual food safety and hygiene reports (IFS) Implementation of internal training and participation in national and international training and exchanges of experience Close coordination with the team leader certification How to convince us Completed vocational training as a merchant/buyer for forwarding and logistics or another commercial training with several years of professional experience in forwarding/logistics Industry knowledge and experience in the usual processes Experience with problem-solving techniques (First Choice) and IT affinity, especially in MS Office applications Experience in quality management systems and entrepreneurial thinking You are self-confident and confident in appearance and conviction through strong communication, even in English Their working methods are distinguished in particular by high quality orientation, care and self-employment.
