You plan, implement and optimize digital B2B marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn and other channels.

You control the entire campaign life cycle - from planning to evaluation - and ensure smooth coordination between different interfaces. You work in an international environment and understand how to combine regional requirements with global strategies.

You monitor and analyze campaign KPIs with a clear view of the overarching business objectives - data-driven, targeted and always with the requirement to continuously optimize performance.

You manage budgets, manage the efficient allocation of resources and reporting on ROI/ROAS.

You coordinate external agencies at global or regional level and ensure effective cooperation.

You take strategic tasks in the field of email marketing and marketing automation in a well-known marketing tool with the aim of personalizing and effectively reaching relevant target groups worldwide.

You have a successfully completed degree in the field of (digital) marketing or a related subject area.

You bring at least. 2-3 years of experience in campaign management and performance marketing with - ideally focusing on international markets.

You think entrepreneurial, are curious, open to new things and believe that the best results are created in the team. Your mindset is focused on growth and continuous learning.

You speak German and English fluently, or Spanish and English, and feel safe in the global working environment. Further language skills are a clear advantage.

You have a good eye for detail, work data-driven and place value on measurable results and processes with a focus on performance indicators and efficiency.
