This is your responsibility: Development: Strategic and organisational development of the department along the overall banking strategy Active participation of the digital transformation and integration of regulatory requirements

Area: Ensuring high consulting, service and process quality in all areas of responsibility

Strategy: Development and implementation of a future-oriented department strategy incl. Identification of market and yield potentials Responsibility for strategic projects and close cooperation with internal interfaces

Leadership: Leadership and further development of KC transactions, as well as leadership of the TL of the CompetenceCentrum Funding/Existence Foundation/ESG Promoting a modern, cooperative leadership culture and ensuring a transparent flow of information

To convince us: Banking or business studies; very good English skills Multiannual experience in the relevant field as well as in sales Knowledge of regulatory requirements, banking products and regional market structures Outstanding analytical skills, problem-solving competence and high implementation strength Strong communication skills, conflict competence and high service orientation Strategic thinking, readiness for change and clear target orientation High emotional intelligence as well as ability to motivate and inspire teams
