Project Manager TGA - Heating / Sanitary / Construction Management (m/f/d)

You take over the independent management and execution of projects in the technical building equipment (TGA) with a clear focus on heating and sanitary technology. From technical design to costing to final offer creation, you develop custom solutions for our customers. As a responsible construction manager, you control the execution on site, coordinate the assembly teams and ensure compliance with quality, appointments and budget. You are the central contact person for our customers, advise them throughout the entire project process and contact suppliers and partners. You are responsible for the timely supply of material and ensure the smooth supply of construction sites by means of a predictive disposition.

You have a completed training as a master or technician in the field of heating, air conditioning, ventilation or sanitary (HKLS/SHK) or a comparable qualification. You bring at least 5 years of professional experience in project management or construction management in the field of technical building equipment (TGA). From the supply creation to the material order to the successful construction management – you can safely and independently control your projects. As a communication-strong personality, you like to work in the team and convince our customers with your structured and solution-oriented way of working. Very good knowledge of German in word and writing complete your profile.

An attractive salary package between 62,400 € and 74,400 € gross per year, supplemented by holiday and Christmas money.
