Own recording and processing of all accounting operations in real estate/rental accounting Compilation and settlement of additional costs Implementation of monthly target positions, creditor accounting and debitor accounting (sales tax forecasts) Monitoring and accounting of payment and rent inputs Implementation of regular account management, voting and clarification Implementation of invoices and invoices (input and output invoices) Support and cooperation and coordination with commercial property management With the help of optimising the operations

Successfully completed property-specific or tax-related vocational training At least 5 years of professional experience in accounting and auxiliary costs in the real estate sector Self-responsible and structured working methods German language and written knowledge (mind. C1) Very good knowledge in handling relevant ERP software (Aareon RELion ONE) and the current MS Office programs Experience in handling Aareon RELion ONE and DocuWare
