Your tasks:

• Coordination of material supplies to the construction site
• acceptance, control and documentation of materials, equipment and Goods
• Implementation and support in quality reports (Quality Reporting)
• Organization of storage and preservation of materials – in Coordination with HVDC, partners or subcontractors
• maintenance and control of stocks and implementation of Maintenance measures
• administration of spare parts and not used or extruding materials
• Support in the organisation and implementation of Location changes (e.g. moving office furniture, packaging of files
• Participation in meetings with customers, subcontractors and internal contacts – especially on topics related to Material logistics, storage and handling
• General administrative support of office and Location processes

Your profile:

• Complete technical training
• experience in transport logistics and/or material management, ideally on construction sites
• Detectional training in occupational safety (HSE)
• Secure handling of MS Office applications
• Structured, careful working and team orientation
• Good English knowledge of word and writing
• Loadability and willingness to cooperate in a dynamic Environment
