Responsibility for coordinating and optimizing all financial processes in accounting in close cooperation with controlling and other relevant business areas Control and monitoring of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts according to HGB and support for international reporting requirements Participation in strategic projects, in particular in process digitalisation and automation, in order to increase efficiency and transparency Accompanying audits and ensuring smooth communication with external auditors and tax advisors Support for budget planning and cost management, including analysis of deviations and derivation of recommendations Advising management on financial issues and active participation in strategic decisions

Complete studies in finance, business management, accounting or comparable qualifications Solid professional experience in finance Experience in a consultancy house is desirable to manage complex projects and client requirements Knowledge of Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) is beneficial Very good knowledge of accounting, as well as safer handling of DATEV and MS Excel; Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau is a plus Analytical, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation combined with pronounced communication and coordination capability German and English skills
