Branch Manager (gn)

You are fully involved in day-to-day business ( recruiting, employee support, acquisition activities etc.) Together with your team, you position our extensive product portfolio through sustainable sales activities and enter an existing customer network You create and calculate solution-oriented and customer-oriented offers and place them on the spot You recruit industrial and commercial specialists (gn) for employee transfer and recruitment In addition, you are responsible for budgets, first year planning and are safe to monitor performance-relevant key figures You are responsible for quality and earnings for your branch You are a collaborative, passionate team and a model as well as a contact person on site.
