Your tasks:

• Organization of events in marketing, onboarding, Security etc.
• Implementation of marketing measures
• Coordination of pupil interns at Buxtehude site
• support in the planning and implementation of new and multi-site concepts and processes
• Planning and organisation of training projects such as Digitization in the Department of Education
• Cooperation with internal and external interfaces (e.g. Schools and other educational institutions)
• General administrative support for training management
• planning training for trainees and dual students with external and internal training providers
• cooperation and management of subprojects within the framework of the continuous improvement

Your profile:

• Completed studies in Department of Communications, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Economics or comparable qualification
• Completed training as a personal businesswoman or comparable qualification
• Experience in project management and process improvement
• Experience in the area HR of advantage
• Group experience of advantage
• Knowledge of how to handle MS-Office and Google Workplace
• German and English skills
• Affinity for IT and digitalization
• self-motivation and self-employment as well as high Social competence and team skills
