For our Technical Services and Quality Assurance department at our site in Essen we are looking for the next time:

Conducting construction tests (self-employed or involved) Evaluating the intermediate storage locations in technical engineering issues Support project management in claim and change management as well as in the creation of performance directories Participation in construction works Creating technical documentation

Successfully completed university studies, preferably in civil engineering, or a comparable qualification Multiannual practical experience in the planning and implementation of construction projects Knowledge of building contract law, in particular VOB/B and HOAI Very good analytical, conceptual and communicative skills as well as a safe occurrence Own-responsible, structured and reliable operation as well as strong team capacity Ready for business trips German language skills in word and writing
