Civil Engineer / Project Manager Civil Engineering & District Heating – nationwide projects (m/f/d)

You support the planning, control and monitoring of the proper implementation of the construction projects. You take over the examination, acceptance and documentation of the works, allowances and bills in close coordination with our specialist department. With your know-how and your digitalization will, you support the department in optimizing the processes and accounting processes. You examine the materials used and support the coordination of service providers and subcontractors. You ensure the proper implementation of traffic regulations and ensure compliance with the work and safety guidelines at the construction site.

You have completed their studies in civil engineering (Dipl.-Ing., M.Sc. or B.Sc.) or vocational training or a comparable technical qualification, for example as a construction technician. You ideally bring at least three years of professional experience in the district heating sector, in particular in pipeline, shaft and house connection construction. knowledge of civil engineering and surface restoration (plant and plate work). Further training or additional experience in the area of district heating or in the telecommunications industry are desirable. With your ability to communicate, you can easily handle customers, communities, cities and subcontractors. You are organisational and bring their own initiative and team skills together You are ready to support projects in various regions of Germany on site and to work on new topics You are owned by a class B licence
