Since 1984, the drug emergency service Berlin gGmbH (formerly an emergency service for drug addicts and addicts Berlin e.V.) has been addressing both people with a addictive disease and those who do not want to reflect or change their consumer behaviour. In addition, we inform about effects and risks of substance consumption. We also advise and support people who are in a medical substitution programme. We support the social reintegration, the participation in social life and the development of a sensory daily structure. Our work focuses on supporting children, young people and their families. From Monday to Friday, the alcohol and drug consultancy agency has its supply order in the Tempelhof-Schöneberg district and offers advice and support for people who consume substances and their relatives. Consultation takes place in person-centric, diversity-oriented and targeted. We are looking for a*n Senior Consultant (m/w/d) for 33,0–38,5 hours/week (extended to 31.12.2027, if applicable with option of continued employment) for our alcohol and medicine consulting agency Tempelhof-Schöneberg Be part of an experienced, qualified and motivated team.

Graduate as a social workerin / social educationin (B. A. and Diploma or comparable degree) Good knowledge of the psychiatric and addiction system in Berlin Less experience in working with people who consume substances Knowledge of conversation and Intervention techniques or search therapy skills Good computer skills Structured, methodological and independent work Foreign language knowledge is advantageous
