you are responsible for the stable operation and the strategic further development of our SAP-SuccessFactors landscape. analyse complex requirements of the departments and develop sustainable solutions architectures. advance the vertical and horizontal expansion of SAP SuccessFactors including new modules, integrations and processes. design, optimize and customize the SuccessFactors modules and ensure high process and data quality. control releases, changes and external service providers and ensure successful implementation of new requirements. advise the departments and management regarding the future orientation of the HR system landscape. introduce best practices and continuously develop our HR processes.

That's what you bring A completed study of the business economy, (economic) informatics or comparable training Multiannual experience in consulting, configuration and further development of SAP SuccessFactors Finded knowledge of at least one SuccessFactors module (especially EC Core and EC Time) and ideally experience integration within the SuccessFactors Suite Experience in managing or controlling complex development and optimization projects Very good understanding of HR-end-to-end processes and their digitalizationexperience in cooperation with management, departments and external service providers Very good German (C1) and good English (B2) in word and writing That's what characterizes you personally For different situations as well as people you have a sense and can adjust yourself well.
