completed master's degree or University diploma with nursing pedagogical qualification; is a bachelor's degree with nursing pedagogical qualification, a master's degree in professional orientation is sufficient basic training as a nurse Professional experience in care is beneficial Teaching experience in adult education or nursing school is desirable Openness to innovative and alternative developments in nursing education very good communication skills and high social competence structured and reliable operation as well as good organizational capacity readiness to incorporate into school management software and the learning platform Moodle driving licence class B
