You support and accompany young people individually and resource-oriented in their daily lives You work in a multi-professional team and jointly create a sustainable relationship work You promote the life-structural, personal and social skills of young people through targeted educational measures You plan and coordinate the everyday setting and develop structured daily routines together with young people You create creative and meaningful leisure opportunities that contribute to personality development You conduct development-oriented individual discussions and create individual target planning with the young person You engage in supportive and deescaling in special situations of life and crisis You are responsible and reflecting the conceptual requirements of the CJD

You have completed training as educators/healer education supervisors (w/m/d) or comparable qualifications You bring strength, team capacity and a high level of responsibility with You have joy in working with people and maintain a respectful approach You stand for empathy, paired with team skills and self-initiative You want to work not only in the team, but also independently You know the special needs of mentally burdened young people and can develop targeted interventions together with them. The membership of a Christian church, which belongs to the working group of Christian Churches (ACK) in Germany, is desirable.
