Create and maintain housing and assistance contracts (WBVG) Support in the preparation of reports for service providers (e.g. Landeswohlfahrtsverband or Jugendamt) Digital and physical file management Collection of performance data as a basis for the monthly invoice Telephone and written correspondence with service providers, legal supervisors:inside, landlords:inside and internal management staff incl. Write logs Monitoring of authorisation periods and timely initiation of renewal applications/renewal of contracts or terminations Close cooperation with the fields of home technology, finance, personnel, participation, care and education

Closed commercial training and experience in health and social affairs Knowledge in the Housing and Care Contract Act (WBVG) Knowledge of performance accounting (SGB VIII, SGB IX and SGB XI) Very good Excel knowledge and a good number understanding Safe handling of MS Office, ideally experience with industry software for social services (e.g. Vivendi, C&S) You are a facing person, work structured and independent and keep an overview even in complex case design Joy in dealing with people and the willingness to develop independently in a flexible environment
