Come to us in a super motivated team and sell exciting services in the area of IOT, 5G, AI/AI, Cloud & Security.

You are responsible as Junior Account Manager: in the distribution of standard products, catalog solutions and add-ons to business customers as well as new customers. You provide a high presence, as well as effective support and binding to Vodafone in the respective area. You analyze the sales area and qualify customers:internal contacts. You analyze and acquire the potential of new customers: inside and out existing customers. You reduce the churn rate. You carry out customer needs analysis taking into account the competitive conditions. You are also working on the implementation of appointment arrangements, sales visits, offerings, follow-up, contract conclusion, evaluations, customer support after completion and customer recovery.

What distinguishes you: completed technical or university studies or commercial training with professional experience as a minimum requirement; first experience in the distribution of Telco or Hardware/Software/IT products is desirable Enthusiasm for the personal client: inside appointments on site, as well as hybrid work Sales-oriented, strategic and analytical thinking Communication strength and safe occurrence Structured, reflected and independent working, as well as readiness to learn, desire and flexible handling of changes Knowledge of German in Word and Writing (C1 to GER) is provided, English knowledge is advantageous driving licence class B
