Control and optimization of group-relevant and project-related activities in customer projects from project start to end of the warranty Further development of product group strategies and the supplier pool in coordination with relevant stakeholders, as well as ensuring the purchasing objectives in terms of quality, costs and dates Own initiation and management of ongoing measures to reduce costs and avoid delays in delivery, as well as to carry out tenders and comparisons of offers under Total Cost-of-Ownership Responsibility in the cross-functional team for contract negotiations, supplier management and procurement market analyses to identify market developments, innovations, risks and opportunities Support for project management and achievement within the product groups through KPI evaluations, participation in the further development of the procurement process and support or take over the role as subproject manager:in procurement

Completed (specialized) university studies in economics, industrial engineering or a comparable subject or a comparable qualification Ideally, first professional experience in strategic purchasing as well as in project work, combined with technical and commercial understanding for upstream and downstream process interfaces Very good methodological knowledge, especially in project management, as well as strong knowledge of procurement markets and procurement strategies Secure handling of SAP and MS-Office products as well as excellent knowledge of German and English in word and writing Self-employed and earnings-oriented working methods, analytical thinking, negotiation skills, persuasiveness, high enforcement capacity, sense of responsibility, strong self-motivation, high team orientation and willingness to national and international missions
