The Heilpädagogische Zentrum Krefeld – Kreis Viersen gGmbH

is equipped with nine workshops, 2,100 employees with disabilities, a health education daycare facility, mobile and interdisciplinary early funding centres and approx. 620 employees of one of the major social service providers at the Lower Rhine.

We are looking for various locations for our work areas for special educational support (ASB) and work areas for social integration (ASI)

HEILERZBLEGER, RESULTS AND PFLEGAL ACCOUNTS (M/W/D)

YEARS:

• You run a group of 6-8 people with a complex disability in cooperation with your colleagues/colleges
• They support the staff to be supervised in the activities of daily life (ATL)
• They promote the personal performance and the holistic personality development of the employees to be supervised
• They work in the organization, planning and implementation of special projects, group offers and festivities with
• You observe and document the development processes of people with disabilities
• They are in exchange with parents, carers and residential institutions and, in addition to the educational activities, also carry out nursing and household measures

SIE BRINGEN IDEALERWEISE WITH:

• You have completed vocational training as a nurse, nursing caregiver, nursing caregiver, child caregiver, health caregiver, family caregiver, educator or social education (m/w/d)
• They bring a high level of empathy, openness and sensitivity to the particular concerns of disabled people with

IRE PROVISIONS IN UNS:

• A regulated 5-day week with fixed working hours of Monday-Friday (no weekend/shift work)
• A varied and responsible area of responsibility
• Remuneration after TVöD and 32 days of holiday + 2 days of regeneration at a 5-day week
• Employment pension of 4.25 % of gross monthly salary
