• Operation and monitoring of production machines for the production of high quality products.
• Self-supporting small repairs and maintenance work on the machines.
• Control and ensuring the specified quality and documentation of production processes.
• Coordination and cooperation with colleagues from various departments.
• Contribution to the continuous improvement of production processes.

We are looking for

For this position, we are looking for motivated and committed manufacturing aids (m/w/d) with first experience in machine operation and the willingness to work in a demanding layer system. If you meet these requirements, we look forward to your application!

• First professional experience as a machine operator, plant leader or similar position.
• Ready to work in a 3-shift operation and occasionally on weekends.
• Technical understanding and craftsmanship.
• Clean and precise operation, paired with team capability.
• motivation, willingness to learn and the interest to work into new production processes.
