Our responsibility is the development and professionalization of the sales network organization of our Mercedes-Benz agents. The overarching goal is to secure the achievement of sales, sales and profit figures, to ensure the best possible customer experience and to offer our agents attractive conditions for a Mercedes-Benz franchise. The main tasks of transport network development include close cooperation with the markets, our sales partners and the development of needs for action to professionalise the retail strategy and its transformation. This includes the active design of a competitive distribution network in the markets, the monitoring and further development of standards, as well as the development and implementation of attractive formats for our sales partners. Other tasks are the provision of appropriate business indicators / methods (e.g. Dealer Margin Model) to support a financially healthy and powerful distribution network, as well as the promotion of a functioning best practice exchange between markets. With us, you take responsibility for independent areas of activity as well as a variety of design possibilities in exciting tasks of sales network development. These include: Participation in strategic projects for the professionalisation and further development of the sales network

Support for the implementation of the retail strategy in coordination with the markets (e.g. Sustainability, Charging Infrastructure etc.)

Daily cooperation with the markets on network-relevant topics

Support in analyzing customer satisfaction in the sales network

Identifying potential for improvement and deriving appropriate measures to sustainably increase the performance of our sales partners

Analysis and reporting on performance in the various markets

Support in the creation of management documents and workshops

The activity can begin from September 2026.

Studies in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics or Similar

Very good MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing, other languages of advantage

Commitment and team skills

Structured, conscientious and analytical procedures

High level of independence

Own initiative and commitment

Communication skills and intercultural competence
