Trainee Nursing Management (m/f/d)

The Sana Kliniken Landkreis Biberach GmbH is the largest health provider in the region with a new central clinic, a steadily growing outpatient care structure through our two MVZs and around 1,200 employees. The new Biberach Central Hospital, which was commissioned in September 2021, with its connected health campus, is a modern, medically wide-ranging acute hospital with 370 beds, seven surgical rooms and extensive diagnostics. The health campus also includes a doctor's house, a DRK rescue station, a PHV dialysis and a centre for psychiatry. Through the two MVZ Sana MVZ county Biberach GmbH and Sana MVZ Stadt Biberach GmbH with their five locations, the outpatient health care of the Biberach county in the fields of orthopedics, surgery, internal medicine, gynecology and general medicine is rounded off.

Our 12-month trainee program is aimed at graduates in nursing management and allows you to enter a structured management function in the hospital. You get to know the tasks of station and area management and gain insights into central areas such as human resources management, process and quality management, nursing control and much more. The goal is to build your management and leadership skills.

Our trainee program gives you the chance to take early responsibility and prepare you for a guide role in care management. Through close accompaniment, practical insights and active cooperation, you develop professionally and personally and lay the foundation for your career in a management position in our clinic.

You take over tasks of the station management on two stations You actively organize station processes as well as holiday and personnel deployment planning You shape the incorporation of new employees and support training You're working on job interviews and personal decisions You work closely with the care director and interdisciplinary teams

Completed studies in nursing management, nursing sciences or comparable qualifications Interest in leadership and organisational and business relationships in healthcare Ideally first practical experience in the clinical environment Impressed sense of responsibility and a structured and independent way of working High communication skills and joy in cooperation with different professional groups commitment, initiative and willingness to take responsibility
