When it comes to quality assurance and control in money laundering prevention and compliance, you are fully in your element: you consistently develop our AML and Compliance Monitoring Framework and build a strong internal control framework that you care about as carefully as the associated work instructions and process documentation. Your eagle eyes are focused on retail, business and wholesale banking, making sure that local regulatory requirements and internal policies are complied with at any time. Also in local outsourcing management, you take the tax responsibly into your hands and act as coordinatorin and organizerin the outsourcing surveillance activities. You are structuring and tuning it with relevant stakeholders and, if necessary, with the MLRO. You develop and carry out the non-outsourced control and quality assurance measures, create clear and concise reporting and so make sure that nothing goes wrong with AML and Compliance. And, of course, you have a direct wire to local management as well as to the head office and as a contact person for supervisory authorities as well as external and internal auditors prove competence and fingertip feeling.

Banking or successfully completed university studies, ideally in the field of economics/laws, or a comparable qualification Professional experience in the field of audit, compliance and/or internal audit Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements in the field of money laundering prevention and/or in the areas of market compliance, conflicts of interest, insider trading etc. Careful and independent working, communication and persuasion skills Ability to think beyond your own horizon and develop sustainable solutions Good German and English in Word and Scripture
