• Processing of customer complaints with a focus on:

• Quantities and differences in quantities

• Damaged or incorrectly delivered goods

• Internal booking differences

• Number deviations

• tracking of goods within the warehouse and Production areas

• Close cooperation with the departments warehouse, shipping, Incoming goods and quality assurance

• Documentation and tracking of complaints in the system

• support in the analysis of causes and the derivation of Correction measures

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training or comparable Qualifications
• Technical understanding of advantage
• Experience in order control
• SAP knowledge desirable
• Workable, flexible, reliable and committed
