Trainee Senior Technical Forestry Service (m/w/d)

We are looking for the garden, cemetery and forest office of the Landeshauptstadt Stuttgart. The place shall be occupied as of 1 July 2026 and for two years. The garden, cemetery and forest office with more than 550 employees is responsible for all public green and park facilities, recreational facilities and playgrounds, nature and landscape protection areas, green roads, cemetery and funeral services, urban gardening, compost operation and urban forest management. The Department of Forest and City Trees is responsible for around 2,600 hectares of forest owned by the state capital Stuttgart.

A successfully completed accredited study of the field of forestry (Diplom (FH) / Bachelor of a university) Representative social competence, communication and team skills, commitment, willingness to work, initiative and willingness to take responsibility Self-employed, careful and structured working methods as well as a high degree of flexibility and durability as well as good IT skills in all MS Office applications Valid hunting license and active participation in the directing hunt Class B driving licence and the use of a private car for service travel at cost replacement
