Specialist HR Development (m/w/d) Gummersbach These are your tasks in our team • Participation in topics such as onboarding, management development, training consultancy and organisational development issues as well as programmes and projects in HR Development • Supporting the seminar offer • Setting up measures in line with the strategic corporate objectives • Responsibility for external trainer selection and trainer integration • Demand analysis, design, further development and evaluation of training • Current cost and budget control of all thematically responsible programs, projects, development measures and seminars • Conducting success controls and transfer backups • Participation in workshops/measures for organisational development
