Creation of studies and analyses through the development of feasibility studies, location and market analyses with special focus on Stranded Assets Development of business plans and cash flow models as well as participation in the development of turnaround, liquidation and repositioning strategies Implementation of project monitoring by the revision of business planning, strategic orientations and follow-up of project developments as part of financing monitoring for investors and financialians Participation in restructuring of objects and projects in financial slate and support in preparing stakeholder appointments Responsible implementation and further development of projects in the context of project work

Studies in the field of real estate, economics, business management, economic engineering (construction) or in a comparable degree course Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing (at least B2 level) Secure handling of MS Office products in particular Excel and PowerPoint Embossed conception, analytical and networked thinking skills and team skills Motivation to develop in an exciting and forward-looking work environment
