As a transmission system operator, we secure the power supply for around eleven million people in Baden-Württemberg. We create the infrastructure for the energy transition by maintaining, optimizing and expanding the high-voltage network according to needs. The area of construction and projects is responsible for the cost and implementation of the TransnetBW network construction and real estate projects. In addition to the construction and control, this includes knowledge on quality management, data and information management, as well as HSE and environmental expertise. Major pioneering projects such as SuedLink contribute significantly to the success of the company and to the success of the energy transition.

Your diverse tasks in the resource management of our construction projects include cooperation in the care and development of roller profiles. You help with updating and quality assurance of data in the resource database and regularly conduct audits to ensure data consistency and completeness. With a high level of detail, you can create training materials for internal and external target groups, document workflows and create guidelines. You carry out various evaluations to support decision-making processes and identify optimization potentials. Last but not least, you support the introduction of new tools and systems as well as the design and improvement of processes in resource management.

You complete a study with a focus on project management or a similar course of study. This includes your interest and experience in the application of digital tools and systems, in particular databases and MS Office, especially Excel, with knowledge of complex tables, pivotal analyses, formulas and, if necessary, Macros Your work is structured and careful. You are a communication-proof team player with an own initiative and a strong interest in further development.
