Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

Sutthauser Str. 280, 49080 Osnabrück You support the management through the independent execution of administrative and commercial tasks You coordinate and plan dates, take office administration and ensure a smooth run in the daily business You create logs, reports and professional presentations and support the team in administrative activities You prepare offer and presentation folders for our customers and are responsible for the invoice The organisation and preparation of internal and external meetings is one of your fixed tasks Together with the other secretariats at the site, you work confidently in the team

You have a completed commercial training or a comparable qualification You have several years of experience in assistance, ideally in the construction industry You are an organizational institution, work independently and reliably You communicate skillfully at different hierarchical levels and are a real team player You have very good MS Office skills You support the team with a weekly working time of at least 25 hours
